Cancellations

We do not accept cancellations. At Manny headquarters, your order automatically gets into our system and immediately starts processing so we can get your Manny mail out as soon as possible.

Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

We do not accept returns and exchanges but please reach out to us via the contact page to let us know if your items are damaged or defective and we will do our best to take care of you.  In the case that we process a refund, please note that shipping costs are non-refundable and will not be included.

Due to the nature of digital products, please note, no refunds or exchanges will be given.

Customs and import taxes 

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.

 

Contests & Giveaways

All prizes for giveaways or contests related to our shop must be claimed within 7 days of announcement. Please contact us via the contact page to claim your prize. 

Once a prize is claimed, we will ship out your prize within 7 days.

In the case that the prize is shop credit, the winner will receive a coupon code and have 30 days to use their prize. Please note - Shop credit can not be used toward shipping costs.

Products

Color of products may vary due to monitor setting. We print our products using the highest quality settings on our printers. We use premium matte sticker paper.
